Team Building Online. Team Game "Spy Quest.

My name is Nikolai Vocal. I am a social psychologist, head of the training center  Alliance. Developer of communication games. Author of the game Spy Quest.

For more than twenty years I have been developing and conducting programs for team building .

In most cases, Spy Quest and other games are ordered by IT companies to improve communication between employees. Often requests for games begin with the phrase: “We have a lot of new employees in our company. We need them to get to know each other better.”

Usually, for online games, we offer several: Spy Quest, Tomb Town or Casino Sensei games.

All these games:

1.     Help employees get to know each other better.

2.     Establish team communications.

3.     Develop emotional intelligence.

4.     Increase the level of trust in the team.

5.     Charge employees with positive emotions.

 

Two years ago. I developed the Spy Quest game. Over a thousand people have played the game in two years.

Spy Quest is probably the most difficult of the games. Because you will have to show all your communication skills.

In order to achieve victory in Spy Quest, you will need to:

·       Learn to listen carefully to team players;

·       Correctly understand what team members talking about. Understand not only what they  says, but what they mean.

·       Learn to ask the right questions.

·       Give answers in a way that others can understand.

The better you do the job. The better your team skills are developed, the more points you can earn.

With the help of the game, you can determine the level of communication skills of the players.

In the Spy Quest game, there is a maximum possible number of points that one participant can earn. The closer your score is to the maximum, the better your communication skills are.

According to the results of past games, only 9% of the participants showed a high result . 40% showed an average result.  51% showed below average level result.  In other words, half of the participants demonstrated a level of communication skills at a level below average.

Low level of communication skills often causes distrust, conflicts, and unnecessary disputes. As a result, the effectiveness of teamwork is reduced.
